Do not rely on TrainLive to catch a train. In this build, running positions, delays, availability and PNR records are generated, not live railway data. Confirm anything that matters on the station display board or an official Indian Railways channel.
1. What TrainLive is
TrainLive is an independent information tool for Indian Railways journeys. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Indian Railways, IRCTC or CRIS, and it does not sell or reserve tickets.
2. Accuracy
We make no warranty that any time, platform, fare, availability or PNR record shown here is correct or current. See Data sources for exactly which fields are real and which are generated. You use this information at your own risk, and we are not liable for a missed connection, a missed train, or any loss that follows from relying on it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the phone number you sign in with and for activity on your account. Do not use TrainLive to look up PNRs that are not yours, and do not use it to harass, scrape at volume, or resell our data.
4. Fair use of the API
Public lookup endpoints are rate-limited. Automated clients that route around those limits, or that place load out of proportion to normal app use, may be blocked without notice.
5. Paid plans
Premium plans are described in the app, but no payment gateway is connected in this build and nothing is charged. If that changes, the terms of any paid plan will be set out before you pay.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms. You can stop using TrainLive at any time and ask us to delete your account.
7. Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
